What we collect and why

When you choose to submit intake, Train With CK collects contact and emergency-contact details, goals, routine, scheduling preferences, relevant health information you provide, provider clearance documents, and your agreement acknowledgment. These help CK assess fit, plan training, arrange sessions, and administer services. Please provide only information relevant to exercise; do not upload full medical records, identity documents, or payment card details.

Access and storage

ChatGPT sign-in identifies your account. Your application and documents are accessible through the portal to your account and CK’s authorized coach account. The application encrypts intake content and uploaded documents before storage. Hosting, authentication, and storage providers process information to operate the service. This is not a promise of zero risk or a representation of HIPAA certification.

Communications and payments

When email notifications are enabled, they contain a portal link, not health answers or uploaded files. Payment links open external providers with their own privacy terms. Train With CK does not collect card or bank account credentials. A reported payment is verified by CK before services are activated.

Your choices

You may choose to discuss health topics privately instead of writing details. Drafts are saved only when you choose Save. You can delete an unsubmitted draft from the portal. For submitted information, contact CK to request access, correction, or deletion. Records are retained while services are active and as needed for business or legal purposes; some records may need to be retained. Deletion removes active application data and documents; provider backups may persist under provider retention policies.

Electronic agreements

If you elect to sign electronically, the portal records your typed name, authenticated account, date and time, affirmative consent, and the exact agreement version and text. You can print or save your copy. Contact CK for a paper alternative. Signing does not itself confirm a schedule, payment, medical clearance, or enrollment.

For emergencies, contact emergency services. This portal is not monitored for urgent medical concerns.
